Join Us for an Evening Rooted in This Place.

The Growers at A Farm Less Ordinary invite you to a delightful and creative meal — prepared by local celebrity Chef Erik Foxx-Nettnin of The Polished Foxx — from produce harvested by our Growers themselves, alongside proteins and ingredients sourced from across Loudoun County. For seven years, this dinner has been our favorite night of the year: a long table under string lights, mason jars overflowing with flowers cut that morning, and the people who make this farm what it is gathered all in one place.

This year, that gathering feels especially meaningful. We're celebrating not just another season, but the farm itself — the land where our Growers come to work each day, and where we're building something we hope will last for generations.

Come pull up a chair.

Your Evening

When you arrive, you'll be welcomed with aperitifs and appetizers while our Growers lead farm tours through the fields they've tended all season. Local musicians The Funicular Project are back again to set the soundtrack, and a relaxed silent auction will offer the chance to bid on extraordinary experiences and one-of-a-kind items.

As the sun begins to set, the feast begins. The menu is a true farm-to-table experience with courses crafted around what our Growers have grown, served at long communal tables that turn strangers into friends by dessert. A chance to chat with our Growers and enjoy after-dinner music round out the evening (and yes, dancing is encouraged).

Vegetarian meals are available; please indicate when purchasing tickets.

Why This Feast Matters

Every plate served at Feast in the Field tells a story of meaningful work, dignity, and possibility. 100% of proceeds directly fund employment opportunities for our Growers — the adults with intellectual, developmental, and cognitive disabilities who plant, tend, harvest, and prepare the all the produce you'll enjoy.

This year, your support does even more. Beyond wages and training, your generosity helps us strengthen the roots of this farm — investing in the land, infrastructure, and future that allows our Growers to keep doing what they love, for as long as they want to do it.

When you join us at the table, you're not just supporting a dinner. You're helping make this farm a forever home.
